All orders are placed online on the website www.fotokiosk.rs where you can order as a guest, or as a registered customer.
Among other please leave the following information, after placing an order: your apartment number, which floor is it on and what is written on your intercom button.
You can pay with cash on delivery, to courier person of Post Express, who will be collecting a fee of purchased goods, as well as a payment commission, and a cost of postage, or you can pay to the shop’s account, in which case you shall pay to courier driver only a purchased goods fee, without any additional charges.
Advice: If you are an E-Banking or M-Banking user, for which you do not have a commission when paying, you can save on commission cost when collecting your order if you complete your payment to the shop’s account upfront.
Customer is to pay for shipping cost/payment commission cost, no matter what the order amount is. Shop will in some cases insist that customer pays upfront.
Collecting orders in person is not possible, since Fotokiosk is а web shop, and there is no physical shop.
When you place your order online, after we confirm it by phone (if you are a first time buyer), it will be handed over to Post Express courier service, which will deliver your order to specified address (“today for tomorrow until 7pm” service). You can choose another option, which is collecting your order directly from your post office (this option is valuable to anyone who does not want to wait for courier’s delivery for any reason). Order delivery depends solely on the courier service and is done exclusively on the territory of Serbia.
If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, package shall be held in the nearest post office, for you to take over within the stipulated period defined by Post Express. In our experience, sometimes it happens that Post Express only notifies a customer to come to the post office and pick up a package, without even trying to make a delivery.
Buyer is obliged to take over a package from post office, if delivery was unsuccessful for any reason (I.e. there is no one at home at the time of delivery, Post Express notifies you to come to the post office and pick up a package etc.).
Delivery time depends solely on the Post Express courier service, according to selected service, place of delivery, value and weight of a package (usually it takes 1-2 business days). Orders placed and confirmed by 1pm on business day (Monday through Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
